Remove Jetpack Blogs

Hi there! I have a number of jetpack blogs linked to my account that no longer exist that I would like to have removed. I understand that creating my own thread here is the only way to do that! The blogs are:
c4cm.joshualeclair.ca and blog.joshualeclair.ca.

I have removed the blogs as requested. Prior to the sites being removed from the server you may disconnect Jetpack connection yourself from the Jetpack page in the Dashboard.
