Remove Jetpack connected site

  I want to remove the self-hosted blog “styleproofs” from My Sites. I’ve tried to disconnect it using the WordPress Support instructions, but every time the blog returns soon after.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Can you please confirm that the site you want to remove is styleproofs.x10.mx/wp/ ? If that’s the correct one, just let me know and I’ll remove that for you.
