Remove Jetpack from deleted sites
-
Hi, I connected one of my sites to Jetpack previously, the site has been retired now, and domain no longer registered. Jetpack management still says there are 6 sites, but only 5 are visible. I can’t get in to remove the site from Jetpack management, and the mobile client still shows the retired site. Can you help me disconnect it from my account?
The site to be removed is: xlink.sg
Thanks!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi –
I’m showing that the site has been disconnected already.
Do you still need help with this?

Hi Lizkarkoski,
The site still appears in my WordPress mobile app (I don’t need it anymore as it’s retired), and when I click on the Switch Site button at WordPress.com, it shows a count of 6 sites, but only displays links for 5 sites. The site is still linked to my account. Is there a way to remove it?

I just checked here:
https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
The blog xlink.sg is still listed as a linked blog, and I’m unable to delete or remove it because the domain is no longer registered. I’m only able to hide it. How do I disconnect/delink it?

Hi melvinchia,
I’ve dug into this and it looks like there is a lingering Jetpack connection for xlink.sg. I’ve tried disconnecting it from our side so can you check whether the site is still listed in your WordPress.com account?
If you signed into the app with WordPress.com, I would expect the site to be removed from there too.
