Remove JetPack-linked blogs from account

  Hi, I want to remove 2 old websites that are associated with this account.

  http://librecomercio.com.ar

  http://www.landomart.com.ar

  I would really appreciate some help in disconnect these no-longer-existent blogs from my account.
