remove jetpack-linked blogs from my account

  Hi
  I would like to remove some jetpack-linked blogs from my list that are either now non-existent or nothing to do with me. The blogs I want to remove from my list are:
  http://www.bigbiblechallenge.com
  http://www.blackbauddigital.com
  http://www.jamesburdenblog.com

  And then there seem to be three jetpack linked references to jamesburden.net. Can you also please delete these:
  http://www.jamesburden.net/goshblog
  http://www.jamesburden.net/cv
  http://www.jamesburden.net/baigent
