Remove Jetpack linked self-hosted blogs

  I would like to COMPLETELY remove bigbandchartstore.com from my Jetpack linked blogs at WordPress.com. It is no longer a WordPress site. When I go to Settings, there is no way to delete the connection.

  I asked for this on 5/18/14 and is still not deleted.
