remove "leave a reply" box from pages

  I don’t want any comments on my pages; how do remove the “leave a reply”? I’ve tried going to settings, discussion, and selecting the “no comments” option, but the “leave a reply” box still appears on my pages. I don’t see a place to delete in the editing function for the pages.

  You can disable comments via the Discussion Settings.
