Remove "Leave a Reply" section on all pages

I want to remove the “Leave a Reply” comment section on all the pages for my blog. Can anyone help me out? Thanks so much.

Hello,
You can disable all comments from being posted on any of your posts. In order to do this, you can either do it on individual post that you do not want comments on, or you can do a bulk edit.In order to do individual, you will just want to go to Posts>All Post and choose which you will want to disable.
In the bulk edit, You will want to go to Posts>All Posts, click box next to the “Title” to select all the posts on that page. Go up to the drop down menu that says Bulk Actions and select Edit. Then click Apply.
You will want to go over to the Comments Drop Menu and click Do Not Allow. Then click Update.Here is a link with more information. http://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-disable-comments/

i followed your instructions because I would like to disable all comments on my pages. I use wordpress for a website not for a blog. I dont need ANY comment functions.
I unchecked everything in the discussion area, but there is still on every page a possibility to leave a comment and if I leave a comment its appears…what can I do, does anybody know whats wrong? -
@ingebabe, the change at Settings > Reading will affect only posts and pages created and published after that change. For previously published posts or pages, you will need to edit those and turn comments off. The easiest way to do this is with the bulk page editor function at Pages > All Pages in the dashboard.
