Hello –
If I am understanding your question correctly, you have a menu with links under it and you don’t want the links. If that is the case, login to your site and on the left-hand side, click Appearance and then Menus.Choose the menu you want to update.
Under the “About Us” should be the sub-menu links that you don’t want. Click on each one and choose Remove.
Once you have removed any sub-menu links that you don’t want, click the Save/Update button at the bottom.
Hopefully that will work for you!

I think I explained my problem badly.
I wish to have the submenus (staff/ our shop/etc) remain.
However I want the text (About Us) to just be a word/ category in the navigation menu and not be a page/link.Is that possible?

Oh! I understand now. Yep, that’s possible.
The easiest way to do this it to remove the About Us menu item. Then add in a custom link menu item. To add it, you may have to enter a URL. Just put in a placeholder like https://google.com. Once it is added, edit the custom URL to be
#
This will essentially make it not link to anything.
You can put all your sub-menu items under this new custom link menu item.
Let me know if you have questions!
