I believe this is something that staff has to do for you. I’ve tagged staff so they’ll look at it for you.Be sure to subscribe to this thread so they can follow up with you.

I didn’t see an option in my account but that’s because the JetPack site is still live.
I found an old thread that said staff had to do it, but it was obviously very old. I’ll remove the tag for staff as it’s not needed.Thanks again!

Nope I’m wrong again. I was just in the wrong My Blogs section. I was able to disconnect my JetPack site even though it was active.

Hi there,
I only found out about this DIY entry in the support docs a couple of days ago now. :) -
I have tried that numerous times. It removes it, and when I hit refresh it’s back. Hopefully someone from support can remove it.
