Remove linked blog from "My Blogs" list
-
I have a non-Wordpress.com blog linked to my WordPress.com account, and I no longer have access to that blog. I would like it removed from my “linked blogs” list. (By the way, why oh why is this not something that users can do? Do you support people really enjoy having to fulfill these requests all the time?)
The blog I would like removed is the “donv.org” blog. Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The blog you specified at donv.org does not appear to be hosted at WordPress.com.
This support forum is for blogs hosted at WordPress.com. If your question is about a self-hosted WordPress blog then you’ll find help at the WordPress.org forums.
If you don’t understand the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org, you may find this information helpful.
If you forgot to include a link to your blog, you can reply and include it below. It’ll help people to answer your question.

Yes, thank you supportbot. Now if an actual HUMAN could read this, you would see that your automated response is non-responsive to my issue.

Hi there,
Patience is a virtue. :)
Staff can do this for you. I tagged this thread for their assistance. Please subscribe to it so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting. -
Thanks timethief. I wasn’t being impatient, just a little snarky. I’ve noticed this issue come up before, and there’s always a “supportbot” response that gets ignored because it’s usually wrong, and then the real help comes.
I just don’t get why linked blogs aren’t something that users can edit on their own. I see that there is a way to “hide” it; but why not allow people to remove these things completely?

I’ve disconnected the site from your account, as requested.
The Jetpack developers may add the ability for users to do this themselves in the future. Thanks for bearing with us – and that pesky supportbot – in the meantime. :-)
