Remove linked PayPal billing account

    Regarding PayPal $59 withdrawn under (redacted)
    I did not authorize Automattic, Inc to withdraw funds automatically. I removed the subscription and the related link to our account last year. However, they still charged this account, which must have still been linked. I logged into Automattic, Inc wordpress site with (email visible only to moderators and staff) and I verified that there are no sites listed and that we are NOT using their service, nor have been. This merchant clearly upgraded their IT systems and is failing to remove a previous linkage to a legitimate billing account from the past.
    I am not a pro blogger and there is no way for me to remove a Site (since none are listed) in my account page within their wordpress site. Pls refund the money and discontinue additional unapproved billings in the future.

    I do not see a history of any charges being made to this specific WordPress.com user account. The charge may have been for a service that Automattic supports, but that did not come form WordPress.com.

    Can you enter the details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ to see if it came from a different WordPress.com user account.
