Remove logo in internet tab

Hi there,
I am wondering if it is possible to replace the wordpress logo from the website tab at the top of my explorer, I would like to put my own logo here. (please note I do mean the internet tab – not the space for a logo on the website template).
I would also like to remove (or even make smaller) the wordpress link in the footer of my site. Happy to support but it is the same size as my information and I find it a little distracting.
I have read many forums on this and it appears the only way is to move to wordpress.org so I can then adjust the php code – is that right? Or is there an easier way?
I managed the logo change when I used a wordpress blog but can’t seem to work it out now that I am using a website template.

Change Logo: Dashboard > Settings > General.
Upload an image to the Blog Picture / Icon section.
As for removing or changing the WordPress link at the bottom of the page, this cannot be done on free hosted blogs as it is encoded into the theme.

Your theme is a premium theme and read-access to the premium themes forum is now open to all users so you can search to see if your question has been previously asked and answered there. If you are not successful when searching there is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum for your theme under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but do note that the premium theme must be active and you must be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it and post to it.
