Remove mapped domain

  Hello,

  I need to remove my mapped domain from my wordpress account. How would I go about doing that. There is no delete button available.

  The domain mapping has to be removed first. To cancel you have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/#canceling-upgrades

  If you are not successful Staff will need the dollowing details:
  1. What is the domain URL?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?
  5. When did the upgrade cancellation take place?

  I don’t see any domains on your account. What is the domain please?

  If you bought the domain using another account you will need to post here using that account before I can remove the domain.
