Remove me from a site without deleting the site or changing my WP account

    Ages ago, a friend set up a site and for whatever reason, made several people admins. My WP account is now tied to that site. I don’t want to be part of that site. How do I remove the site from my account?

    See the Leave a Blog section of the My Blogs support page for relevant instructions.

    I think doing as instructed there will work for an Administrator (except the site owner) even though it says “If you no longer wish to be a Contributor, Author, or Editor of a blog” omitting mention of the Administrator role. Because Administrator isn’t included there I’ve called for staff attention to the topic.

    Staff: Does the “Leave a Blog” method work for Administrators that aren’t the site owner too? If so, then why isn’t Administrator included in the list of applicable roles in that section of the support page?

    I’ve done some testing and Administrators who are not the blog owner should also see the option to leave a blog:
