Remove Menu words from URL post thumbnails

  When listing the URL on Facebook, the menu word lists in front of the pages title words. So it appears HOME – Being God. I need the HOME, the page name to not show in the Facebook thumbnail. I am a total novice and at my age, very unlikely to ever be above grace level in Tech. So be kind and simple for my sake.
