Remove my about page
-
I have 2 about pages. The one I want removed is the one that has Blank Title at the top and contains a contact page on it. It only shows up if you use a small device. It doesn’t show whenever the website is brought up on a large device. Thanks.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @hiddenheartshoney, I don’t see an about link on this site. Were you referring to a different site?
Typically you can click an edit link if you’re logged in, though, then you could delete the post. Be sure to delete it from the menu as well.

Hi Supernovia, Here’s the crazy thing…I called HostGator to see if they can help with the problem. Sure enough, Zach @ HostGator was able to remove the page from the site…however….it only effected the website view for large and medium devices. If you go to my website on an IPhone (for example) the Blank Title page (which is a contact page) shows up. That page shouldn’t exist any longer, yet it shows up on small devices. According to Zach, I somehow installed the page with an erroneous .pcn(?). (That’s what I get for having my daughter’s boyfriend helping me…hehehe). Anyway, I tried to contact Zach @ HostGator to see if he could fix this additional problem, but to no avail. Zach is in some other office and it wouldn’t be possible to get with him on the problem. Any other suggestions?

Please note that this is wordpress.COM support and you have a wordpress.ORG site. We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpackHowever, if help cannot be found at either one then they can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-service
You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page

Exactly! I have a wordpress.com blog. I deleted all pages however this one particular page keeps coming up.

@hiddenheartshoney If it’s the site at Hostgator, that’s actually WordPress.org rather than WordPress.com . One is free code you support yourself, and one is our service (where our support can actually access your code and data because it is on our servers). So https://hiddenheartshoneycom.wordpress.com/ is here with us, this other site is at Hostgator.
That said I’d be happy to point you in the right direction. You can access the WordPress.org community forums here: wordpress.org/support
Also, I’d bet you’ve just got a caching plugin that needs its cache cleared. If you still need help, try posting in the WordPress.org forums. Good luck!
