Hello,
We hired a developer to create a website for us unidisc.com, which they did via wordpress.com. The company isn’t responding to us anymore and we’d like to transfer our domain to another host for our site. I believe the admin on the account would have been (email visible only to moderators and staff), can you help me out please?WP.com: Unknown

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you have trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy, which is where the domain is registered too.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites hosted on our servers. https://wordpress.org/support/ is an excellent resource for sites using the open-source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
