Remove my email being displayed in the Subscribe box

    Dear friend,
    Could you please show me how to remove my email being displayed in the Subscribe box on the Homepage?

    I wonder why some of the features on the website are messed up for no reason even when I didn’t make the changes.

    Hi there,

    That only shows up because you are logged in to your account. To explain, since you are logged in under your WordPress.com account, we pre-fill the form for you (and only you) to save you from having to type it out.

    To test this you can log out of your site (or open your site in a private browser window) and you will be able to see the site as an anonymous user would. For anyone visiting your site anonymously the form is blank.
