  Hello, my email address is still attached to this account which I’m no longer associated with and don’t have access to. Could it please be removed?

  Thank you for your reply. The account I need help with and my email address removed from is the one under “the blog I need help with is” – not the account I’m logged into, so your solution doesn’t apply. Could you advise?

  The apexlearner.net site is owned by a different WordPress.com account. To change your account email, you’ll first need to log out by following this link: https://wordpress.com/me/

  Hi staff-sheva, thanks again. I’m afraid I’m not the owner of the account that owns apexlearner.net and I’m not in touch with the owner (and haven’t been for 6 years). I don’t want to force a password reset and cause the owner to no longer be able to access the account. I’m assuming from your response that there’s no way for me to stop receiving emails about it unless the owner changes the email address to their own?

  I don’t see this account on that site, but if you are just a site member and you ask from the correct account, we can probably help get you removed from it. And if you are the site owner we can help you transfer ownership. But this account you’re writing from does not seem to be associated at all.

  Can you confirm that the email address getting these notifications and the one you see here are the same?

  And if they are not, can you log out, log back in with the affected account, then update us here?
