http://en.support.wordpress.com/search-engines/Please note that it’s up to Google to decide how quickly your pages will be removed from their index. WordPress.com has no control over that.

Changing the privacy settings will only prevent future indexing. It does not remove the existing cache. The only way to do that is to register a Google Webmaster account and verify ownership via the Meta Tag. After you do that, you can tell them to unlist your site.

Hi udosero,
Thank you so much for your response! I got a Google Webmaster account, but how can I verify ownership via the Meta Tag? I do not see the Meta tag anywhere. Would you please provide a step by step instruction. Thank you so much for your help!!!

@jwhang
Use these instructions to verify your blog ownership > http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/
Understand that Google will normally clear their cache every 3 – 6 months. If and only if the “offending page” produces a 404 (deleted – page not found) on your blog, then you can sign into your webmaster’s account and use Request URL Removal Tool to request that Google removes it sooner.
