Remove myself as a blog admin from blogs I created

Hello!
I have a problem with 2 blogs that I am the owner and creator.
As I am no longer related to these projects, I want to remove myself as the administrator (there are other people who have been made admins as well). If I try to remove myself (under users), then it doesn’t allow me to remove myself.
The blogs I am talking about are: communicationwb.wordpress.com and http://noregretsracing.wordpress.com.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

If you are still the owner of the sites in question, you won’t be able to remove yourself.
You can transfer ownership of a WordPress.com site by using these instructions:
