I have resigned as the webmaster for the TSCAR.org website thru WordPress. Can you remove my admin priveledges?

If you want to leave a .wordpress.COM hosted blog you have been made an official user of by way of invitation you can use the leave a blog option. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#leave-a-blog
Did you register that site under your username account and purchase the upgrades for it?
If yes then did you transfer the blog to another username account? http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

I was added by the original owner and given admin privileges. It is under my username account ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). I never purchased upgrades for it.
The options that are available are to change the blog address or transfer blog. -
I am not seeing you listed as a user on that site any longer. Did you get this sorted out?
