How can I remove myself as administrator from a blog I no longer should have access to…? I no longer work for the organization (left over 15 months ago) and there is no one I can contact to fix this.

    The blog site is: https://culinaryguild.wordpress.com/

There is another user/administrator setup, and I shouldn’t have ANY access to this site any longer.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Have you transferred ownership of the blog to the other Admin yet?

Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner and it is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and associated email address.

Below is what the blog’s owner must do.

You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog and purchased upgrades to renew them or transfer the blogs and the upgrades to another username account.

To transfer a blog from one username account A to another username account B you must first log in under the username account A that owns the blog you want to transfer to the other username account.

Then you add the other username account B as an Admin of the blog.
    adding users http://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/
    user roles http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

Then you A can use this process to transfer the blog to that username account B instead http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

I do not need help with my site (lenaonthebeach.wordpress.com). I do need help with an alternate site I used to manage (culinaryguild.wordpress.com/). Sorry for any confusion.

Thanks for providing that correct URL. What I posted above still applies.

Ownership of the blog never belonged to me. I was simply added as an Administrator when I starting managing the site.

Their current manager (who is the blog owner) has not removed me, and I haven’t been able to get in touch with them to have it corrected.

Aha! So your situation is the opposite. If you want to leave a blog you have been made an official user of by way of invitation you can use the leave a blog option. http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/#leave-a-blog
