Remove new theme

Hi there I seem to have changed my theme of my blog and am looking to get my old one back. please help!

Hi there,
It looks like your previous theme was Forever. That theme has been retired, so you won’t find it any more if you search at My Site ->Themes, but you can still reactivate it on a site you had it on before from the WP-Admin dashboard:
https://solelysewing.wordpress.com/wp-admin/themes.php
However, you might want to consider switching to the updated version of that theme instead:
https://wordpress.com/theme/toujours
Retired themes don’t get updated any more to work with new features, and if something breaks we might not be able to fix it.
