remove obnoxious overlay announcement that covers my preview

    I post twice a month and try to stay on schedule. I am unable to post this week because every time I preview it is covered with an overlay warning me that a domain is expiring. I asked tfor that domain NOT to be renewed, and it is indeed cancelled when I go to the place you manage it. But the overlay has not gone away.

    I can see the blog under it, but its 85% opaque, so its not usable.

    I CANNOT POST if I cannot preview.

    I have sent 2 support emails and no answer. this has been going on for 4 days NOT ACCEPTIBLE

    I am a paid user in good standing.

    Hi there! 👋🏼

    I checked your site, and it does indeed show an overlay screen. On it, you’ll see two buttons: one to renew the domain and the other to cancel it.

    I asked tfor that domain NOT to be renewed, and it is indeed cancelled when I go to the place you manage it.

    I understand that, but as we explained via email, you should either renew or cancel it (delete it) from that overlay screen.

    Nevertheless, here’s a direct link to your domain management page, where you can click on the “Delete” button to remove it from your site and delete it: https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/patrise.art/edit/patrisearts.com.
