The WordPress.com user account that you are posting from does not have any upgrades associated with it. You probably ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point and that account is the owner.
In order to cancel an upgrade or request a refund, you’ll need to gain access to the account that owns the upgrade in question.

I have gained the access to that account, but how to post under it to this forum seems like science fiction to me…

and when I click on “contact support” I am redirected to this page, and all my posts appear not under the name presniiziv, but under my under site name imejserad – and I cannot find a way how to change that and how to fulfil your request
PLEASE, PLEASE give me clear instructions how to fulfil your request and how to proceed

anyway I am negatively surprised by your approach to your customers:
– no response to my previous reply,
– charging for the nonexisting service already from automatic payment from paypal in betweenPlease let me know if there exist a possibility for possible positive resolution of my problem – like your colleague indicated, as my time is more precious then the money…

I have deleted now all other websites, associated with my account, so that only presniizziv.wordpress.com remains
i hope this solves the issue and fulfils your request – please let me know if it does or if something else is needed to be done and HOW and WHAT exactly in this case needs to be done (hopefully without a lawyer)

For security reasons, you MUST make a request from the account that owns the upgrade you are trying to cancel. Without that requirement, anyone could request the anyone else’s upgrade be canceled.
You have two options.
1. Log in as the other user (NOT presniizziv) and go to this URL:
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/remove-of-the-expired-domain-mapping
…and post the same request.
2. Log in as the other user and cancel/refund the domain mapping from here:
https://presniizziv.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades
…then return as either user and tell me that it is done. I can then process a refund.
I’m sure that this is frustrating for you and I can sympathize. But when upgrades are owned by a different user, this is what must happen in order to cancel.

I understand the principle of security reasons BUT – yes it is frustrating to loose so much time, because of the bug in your system – let me explain this.
At the time of my previous post, before your reply “presniiziv” was the ONLY user/admin for the website – so it was strange from your side to request to ” Log in as the other user”.
However I have registered another user account – the one that I am using in this post – “sadjesned”.
So 1. request from your side – DONE!
About 2. for both two accounts the same result happens: “You don’t have any upgrades yet. Try one of our plans.”
So before next round of this lengthy process: PLEASE check that what I am saying is true: that there are only two accounts associated to wordpress site that I am referring to. And please make it clear from which of this two or third or forth account I can fulfil your request.
Before deleting the website, I still consider that there is a chance that all this necessary procedure is a result of some bug in your system – a bug that I believe/hope you want to solve as I guess this is not a pleasant situation for your costumers and your team to deal with.

I am afraid that user “sadjesned” is also not the owner of that upgrade. Which is why you have gotten the “You don’t have any upgrades yet. Try one of our plans.” message.
The owner of the upgrade is one of the users that you removed recently, prvipresniizziv
