Remove old blog from dashboard and get Socialize working with new blog

    I need to have my old self-hosted blog removed (the free domain host was shutdown mysteriously) from my dashboard, and somehow make my new blog on a PAID domain host visible. And I can’t get Socialize to work with Facebook due to the old blog being present in my dashboard.

    The supplied blog URL is the blog that has to be removed !

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
