  Hello, surfing the net, i found a page, I made years ago, for a pub.
  Now, I do not longer own this pub, I sold it. I don’t have the URL anymore.

  The address https://denheiligengheest.wordpress.com is the URL of the site. Do you mean that you don’t have the login information (username or email address, password, etc.)?

  Yes. I logged in the wordpress account with an E-mail adress i don’t longer possess. So, impossible to login or change.

  You’re welcome. I see. Well, the Account Recovery support page covers some of the principle steps that may be taken in attempts to gain access to a site for which some information is lost or forgotten. The username can used instead of the email address at login. The account username plus the password is equivalent to the account email address plus the password. In the absence of either the username or the email address I believe you’ll be left with filling out the Account Recovery Form as a necessary first step.

  Hi @sibretw, I can see this site had transactions, so you should be able to get a transaction ID and use that to complete the account recovery form.

  Please check your old statements for this:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/#if-you-dont-have-access-to-the-receipt

  And then use the form mentioned above.

  We ask for verification because we don’t want people to come in and be able to pretend to be somebody else and take over their website. I hope you understand.
