Remove old sites from my WordPress account
-
I once had multiple WordPress blogs. My account is still somehow attached to them, and sends traffic to them via Jetpack.
These sites are either gone now or redirect to non-wordpress sites. How can I remove these from my account?

Hi there,
Our support page provides a guide on how to remove a self-hosted WordPress site from your WordPress.com account:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/disconnect-jetpack-sites/
If you have any questions or trouble with the disconnection, let me know, and I’d be happy to assist. We can also disconnect them from our end if needed
Cheers,

As soon as I click on “My Sites” as instructed by the page you referenced, I get the error:
“Please check your Primary Site’s Jetpack connection”
This make sense, as my “primary site” does not exist.
These instructions assume that your wordpress site is still up that you want to disconnect, but it is not up. There is no way for me to follow the instructions.

Thanks for confirming. You’re all set and I can confirm that those are no longer connected via Jetpack and as a result we’ve manually removed the connection from this side as well. Hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any more questions.
