Remove old WordPress site from URL

    Please help! I need the detailed steps to finishing up my transfer from
    Wordpress to square space.
    I have the domain connected to my Squarespace site but it looks like I need to remove the old WordPress Site from it.

    How do I do that?

    What is the URL of the domain you’re trying to transfer to Squarespace?

    There is no history of a domain being connected to the account you are contacting us from. Is the domain under a different WordPress.com account of yours? If so, please post in this thread from that account and we’ll look further into this for you.
