Remove Option to "Leave a Reply"

  I am trying to eliminate the Reply posting option on all my pages. I think I go to Settings then Discussion to disable its appearance but it is still there. Is there a way to get rid of the box entirely?

  Hello there! In order to disable the comments/replies on your pages, you can follow these instructions:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/enable-disable-comments/

  This will have to be done on a per-page basis. It’s not an auto-setting for the whole site.
