  hi,
  does anyone know how to change the words bellow “blog at wordpress.com” because i’ve seen it before in other blog and I want to do the same to mine. the one i’ve seen had “proudly powered by wordpress” this is the bolg http://www.bicycleunion.com

  That cannot be changed and hiding it is frowned upon by wordpress. It can be hidden, but it takes the paid CSS upgrade and knowledge of CSS to do it. There is no official support for the CSS upgrade, so in most cases if you get the upgrade you are going to be on your own. There are a few here with a little CSS experience, but they are not always around.

  I already paid the css upgrade but don’t know how to change this, i’ve seen it in some other blogs so some one must be able to help me. tanks

  This indicates that the blog you listed is self-hosted: <meta name="generator" content="WordPress 2.3.2" /> so you need to make your inquiries over at http://wordpress.ORG/support/ .
