  we have paid for a plan and domain been client for a few years now but when we changed our theme this header ticket text banner is now on there it is unprofessional and our previous theme didn’t do this . How do I edit it or remove?

  Hi there, you can remove this banner by turning off the setting under Settings > General (https://wordpress.com/settings/general/)
