Remove original administrator

  Good morning. I would like to remove @joelrigby98, aka Mail Man, from mailcallblog. He is no longer at this location and I now administer the site. I understand it requires your assistance to remove the original administrator. Thank you. Kelly Richardson,

  Hi Kelly
  Do you have administrator access, or the administrator login credentials for this site? If you click on http://mailcallblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin and you see something like this: https://cl.ly/1Y2S17120K1O then you have administrator access.

  If you do not, then contact the previous administrator, and ask for the login credentials. Once you have them you can change the administrator user name, or transfer the site to another account.

  The original site owner will need to transfer ownership of the site to another WordPressdotcom username account before they can be removed. https://en.support.wordpress.com/transferring-a-site-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
