remove page date

  on my site one of the first things you see is a date showing you the page is a couple of years old how do i remove page dates ?
  is it an option or is it some thing i have to remove from the wp style sheet and redo on every upgrade ?

  I clicked your username and found the wordpress.com blog linked to your username is empty. I clicked “member” under your username name and found this:

  As you have not create any Pages I do not know what you mean by this statement:
