Remove Page From Main Menu Bar

  Hi, I’d like to remove the top nav bar from my blog at ‘From Butterfly To Swan’. I followed the instructions here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/, however, the options don’t even highlight for me to click on them. Can you please advise.
