Hi maladeeb,
This can be achieved using “Custom Menus” option.
Go to Appearance -> Menus and create your own menu there. Give it a name (e.g menu1) and then choose that as your Primary Menu. So in your case you would put Staff Bios, ….., Contact Us …, etc in your custom menu and then use that in your site.
Here are clear instructions on how to do the same : http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
All the best !

@maladeeb, yours is a self-hosted wordpress site, and yyou need to head over to http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.
These forums are for those hosted here on the wordpress.COM free hosting service and things here work differently.
If you do not know the difference, see this support document: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ .
@krishravov84, that will not get rid of the actual page title in the content area of the page, which is what they want.

It means you are posting to the wrong support forum. We cannot help you at wordpress.com.
You must post here. > http://wordpress.ORG/support/ as that is where self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG are supported.
