Remove page title from pages

  Hello: I don’t use a Custom Design. Is there a way to remove the page titles from my pages? The website is http://rocklogic.com/

  Thank you. So I can’t remove the titles from the pages unless I use Custom Design? Also, I’m trying to remove the Search button, “Meta” and “Archives” from the sidebar. Is that possible without Custom Design. Thanks for your help!
