remove page title from text area w/out custom CSS?

  Are there any themes that allow you to remove the page title from the text area? For example, on the home page it says “home” at the top, about page says “about” etc. I am using the twenty ten theme but would change to another (free) theme if I could get rid of these, they look dumb and redundant.

  Is it possible to do w/out upgrading to custom CSS?
