remove pages but keep content

  I am getting back on my blog after off for 3 years. I want to do away with my pages, but incorporate the information in the main body of posts. Is there any way to do that or will the information just be lost when I trash the page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  There’s no way to convert a page to a post. But, you don’t have to lose the content. Cut ‘n paste it into a post before you delete the page.

  Too late. Oh, well. There was really only one book review I wanted to keep, but had forgotten it was there until I had already deleted the page.
