Remove Permalink

I made a secondary menu. I want ONE post to appear under each menu item, and I want to see the full post upon clicking just in the menu. I want to remove the big permalink box that appears above the post, and I want to expand the whole post because it only shows a snippet below the title. I have to click the post title to see the whole thing and I don’t want to have to do that.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is the link to your detailed theme description pagehttp://theme.wordpress.com/themes/oxygen/
This is the link to the live demo site for that theme
http://oxygendemo.wordpress.com/This guide will walk you through how to create category pages for your blog, to display groupings of similar posts on pages other than your front page. http://en.support.wordpress.com/category-pages/
Hopefully you understand that theme here are out of the box and that CSS editing can only be used to chnage appearance and not how any theme functions. We bloggers cannot access and edit the templates underlying our themes. Only Staff can and every edit they make affects all blogs wearing the same theme.
Know that whether or not just permalinked titles, titles and excerpts, full posts, and/or thumbnails are displayed on dynamic Categories Pages and Archives pages is theme dependent ie. it’s coded into the template and as I said above webloggers cannot edit templates or themes. http://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/editing-themes/
In the majority of themes, posts on category or other archive pages show up just as they do on the main posts page in the blog and the number displayed is also the same.
There are many common errors, misunderstandings and misconceptions when creating custom menus and there are some tweaks you can use to improve your custom menu as well.

The big permalinked box appearing above each post is for featured images. If you do not upload a featured image of the correct size specified for the theme what will display is a gray box.
