remove personal contact info from contact form when site is live

  my site is live and within the fields of the contact form my contact details appear, i.e. “elizabeth758” and my email and website. how do i remove these?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Those contact details are auto-filled because you are logged in to WordPress.com. Visitors who go to your site will not see that information. If they are WordPress.com users they will see their own information filled in, and if not, they will need to fill it in themselves. It is something which we do to help speed up the filling in of forms for you.

  Thank you! great to know. secondly how do I connect photos that I have uploaded to a portfolio to the photo page on the site?

  Are you talking about how to embed a gallery with images which you have uploaded to your Media Library? Or are you talking about images which are hosted elsewhere?
