Remove Plugins

    Hi Team

    I just cancelled a Business plan and want to buy a Premium Plan. It does not allow me to do so as it asks me there are plugins installed. Can you please reset the account so that I can buy the premium plan

    When downgrading a plan for a plugin-enabled site, it must first be reverted so that there are no longer any plugins or third-party themes on the site. This will be done automatically when a plugin-enabled plan is canceled, but it may not happen immediately. It looks like this is what happened in your case, so I went ahead and manually reverted the site on your behalf.

    You should be all set to upgrade to Premium plan, I will add a helpful link to that below. Please let me know if you run into anything else!
