Remove ‘Posts’ Header from Individual Posts?

  Hello! I’ve created a categories page and its working great except for one thing–when I click on an individual post listed on the page, it goes to the post and the header text reads ‘Posts.’ I would like it to read ‘Podcast’ or else not appear. Is there a way to adjust this via code or the functions.php? I am using the Lyrical theme if that’s helpful.
