How can I remove the Privacy & Cookies Window when I access the website? Every time a new page is searched the privacy window pops up. How can I remove this?

They privacy and cookies popup is necessary and mandatory especially in EU. You can face issues for GDPR violation if it was completely removed. For more information please visit https://wordpress.com/support/your-site-and-the-gdpr/

The window should disappear after you accept the terms. Did you try doing that? If it still continues to appear, you might have cookies blocked in your browser.

Would the privacy and cookies popup disappear if I remove all advertisements from the site?
If I take the premium version and remove advertisements would this pop-up disappear?

The popup window will not appear after you accept them regardless of your plan.
Yes, when you upgrade to the pro plan, the advertisements are completely removed. You will also have an option to customize and hide the cookie and terms popup.

To add a bit more clarity, you see that cookies pop up because we are required to show them due to the ads we run on free sites.
However, as @rawalplawit correctly mentions, you will no longer see that if you upgrade to the Pro Plan (which will turn off ads).
