Hi there,
I would happy to help remove that private registration subscription from your account, but the upgrade is not associated with account/username that you are contacting us from. To verify ownership, if you can post in this thread from the account associated with the upgrade, I can proceed with deactivated the upgrade for you.
Thanks!

Hello darnelldibbles, my wife and I have our accounts linked (I think that is the term). I am unaware of how to identify who “owns” it. I am trying to switch my address “jesusandzach.com over to my account on squarespace.com. We have been encountering many “errors” with authentication of ownership and are not aware on how to identify that issue.
Please let me know if I need to clarify anything.
Thank you. -
Hey there,
No problem. I think it is technically under your wife’s account, so all I would need is her to post in this thread under her account to verify ownership, and we’ll be good to go.
Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

I figured out the mapping this morning. Everything is working well now. My issue now is with the remaining certificate with my google chrome app. HTTPS vs http. There is issues I have to research how to resolve. But he site does work how I want it to now.
Thank you again for your effort and help. -
