Remove "Protected" from title? (free version of WordPress)

  Is there a way to remove the “Protected” title from posts on a free wordpress.com blog? I understand that it’s possible with a premium account and CSS editing, but I’m wondering if there’s a way to do it with the free platform.

  Hello there,

  Unfortunately, there’s no way to remove the word “Protected” from the title on a free plan. I guess it was there for a purpose, i.e. to distinguish the public page from the password-protected page.
