Remove "Protected" text from passworded pages???

  Hi,
  I have a password protected page in Imbalance 2.

  When the user enters the password, and the protected page opens and the word ‘Protected:’ appears as the first line of page text, followed by the name of the page.

  e.g. Protected: Great Cookie Recipes

  Is there any way I can remove the ‘Protected’ word, and just have the page title?

  This is purely for design reasons – I don’t like how it looks.

  Thanks for any advice, would really appreciate a response if anyone knows how to change this!

  Can you give us a link to that page so we can look to see if it can be removed? I doubt it can, but I’ll certainly look.

  It’s as I though: The php script files are either prepending the post title before serving it as HTML to the browser, or they are actually adding the protected stuff to the beginning of your title. It isn’t separate in the HTML, so there is no way to remove it.

  You know, actually there is sort of a way to do this, but are you planning on having a lot of Protected pages? Also, it would require the Custom Design upgrade ($30 per year) and some CSS trickery.

  Hi,
  Really appreciate the reply.

  1. Only one protected page
  2. We have the upgrade already
  3. CSS trickery – not my speciality.

  Add this. This ends up adding additional white space where the title is hidden (it is still there, just not visible, but this does get rid of the “protected.”
