    We accidentally removed our purchase.
    We have purchased a annual premium plan on July and wish to use it until the annual plan expires, so can you cancel our purchase removal so that we can continue to use your plan?

    We have removed(deleted) our plan and domain today.
    We wish to use the annual plan, and would appreciate it if it can be restored.

    But for the domain, we wish to transfer it to another provider.
    There are two questions regarding this matter.
    1. Is there a grace period and how long it will last before we can purchase it again with another provider?
    2. If the grace period takes too long, we are also connecting it to a another provider after restoring the domain. How long will it to restore?

    Is there a grace period and how long it will last before we can purchase it again with another provider?

    Because the domain was canceled over 96 hours after its registration, it will not be available for registration elsewhere anytime soon. Instead, it’ll remain parked and go through the expiration process after its expiry date. After that, it may become available for registration elsewhere.

    So if you plan to use the domain, it’s best to restore it with us.

    If the grace period takes too long, we are also connecting it to a another provider after restoring the domain. How long will it to restore?

    We can restore the domain for you right away. After it’s restored, you can point it to another host using custom name servers.

    Thank you for the reply. We would like to restore our domain ASAP.

    As mentioned above, we are currently thinking about connecting our domain to another provider, but are also open to hosting it on WordPress.
